Ingredients:
- Tortilla chips ( I love Donkey Chips)
- 1 lb sushi-
grade tuna, seared and cut into small pisces
1 ripe avocado, diced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 T sesame seeds
jalapenos, thinly sliced (optional)
Sriracha Mayo (mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, splash of rice vinegar)
Instructions
Place the tortilla chips on a platter. Top evenly with the tuna, avocado, green onions and sprinkle the sesame seeds. Drizzle the Sriracha mayo.
