A recipe I have seen all over Instagram ! :)
I made this appetizer to bring over a friends the other night. It disappeared very quickly!! You can dip anything in this sauce and it would taste good, but the roasted carrots covered in crispy parmesan cheese is AMAZING!
CARROTS:
Pre heat oven to 400°and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Peel and cut as many carrots as you need. Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil, dash of smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder. On a plate add a bunch of fresh grated Parmesan and coat each carrot in it. Place the carrots cut side down on the sheet pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
SAUCE:
In a bowl add Hellman's mayo (my favorite - and btw light mayo tastes very different so I am suggesting you stick with the good stuff for this sauce), drizzle in some Mike's Hot Honey (or regular if you don't have it , but it's the best) and a teaspoon or so of Chile crunch. Mix together.
