Easy, delicious Hibachi you can make right at home!
The recipe only calls for steak but I also like to make shrimp. The combo is fantastic! Chicken would be amazing too and I will probably try that next time.
I always have a bag of shrimp in my freezer. I like the large shrimp for roasted shrimp cocktail, but when it comes to adding it into a stir fry or hibachi I prefer the smaller ones. To thaw place the shrimp in a large bowl and add COLD water. It should only take a couple of hours.
For the marinade honey is optional. I use Mike's Hot Honey.
I cook the steak and shrimp in a separate pan, not with the rice. If you have a very large pan go for it!
