Crockpot Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 4lb shoulder pork roast

  • 10 splashes Hickory Liquid Smoke

  • T Kosher salt

  • 1 jar of your favorite barbecue sauce

  • Toasted bun or baguette + coleslaw (optional)


Instructions

1. Place the roast in the crockpot.

2. Drizzle the Liquid Smoke evenly over the roast.

3. Sprinkle the Kosher salt.

4. Cover the crockpot and cook the pork on high for 4-6 hours, or until it becomes tender and easily shreds with a fork.

5. Once cooked, carefully remove the pork from the crockpot and place it on a large cutting board.

6. Using two forks, shred the pork into smaller pieces and place in a large casserole dish or back in the crockpot to keep warm.

7. Pour your favorite barbecue sauce over the shredded pork and

mix together. You can adjust the amount based on your preference for sauciness.
