Brie with Olive Oil, Rosemary + Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 wedge or wheel of Brie

  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig

  • 1/4 cup walnuts (optional)

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • toasted baguette slices or crackers for serving


Instructions

1. Remove the rind from the Brie cheese, cut into small pieces and place on a serving dish.

2. Chop the rosemary and sprinkle evenly over the Brie pieces.

3. Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few minutes. Make sure to stir occasionally to prevent burning .

4. Roughly chop the walnuts and

sprinkle over ther brie.

5. Warm up the extra virgin olive oil either in a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave for 10-20 seconds.

6. Drizzle the warmed olive oil all over the Brie.

7. Serve with toasted baguette or crackers.
